iNES is a program that emulates Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) and Famicom videogame consoles on your computer. Ideal if you’re running your emulator through a CRT display but can be CPU-intensive on lower-end PCs. This is an open-source and one of the best Nintendo DS emulators you will find for Mac, Windows, and Linux. I've messed around with Retroarch before, but it's a big pain in the ass. Good features, good sound, good compatibility, just all around complete. Any ROM media must be supplied by the user.
